Message posted by George Skinner: The Minnesota Valley State Trail between Shakopee and Chaska is open west of Shakopee. The worst pavement has been replaced. Some rough pavement is still in place just west of Shakopee. You still must use the Bluff Ave. E. detour around the damaged bridge east of Shakopee.
